Rehabilitate your frozen shoulder with these exercises. Use a broom handle and slow methodical movements until you regain more mobility. Start with the range of motion you are able to do comfortably, and in time you will increase your range of motion to be able to do the exercises demonstrated in this video. Then continue doing them to prevent your frozen shoulder from coming back. Do 10 on each side and do them every day.
